Awesome place with comfy beds, free parking, and a great jacuzzi. The staff were amazing. They helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

Well laid out and great modern rooms with it's own balcony, coffee and climate control. Good location adjacent to other restaurants and several shops, and free parking. Also, to the three ski areas.

Staff were knowledgeable and decent!
I ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast and Dinner. The food was good with a lot of alternatives. The location in a really beautiful area was magnificent and there were main stores and a supermarket nearby.

The rooms ere very nicely decorated. The beds very comfortable:) The hot pool was very natural looking!
We found the rooms to be dark. Different lighting would be better. The bathroom door wouldn't click closed on the hallway bathroom.

The hotel was quiet, had amazing staff and location. The breakfast offered was satisfactory with scrambled eggs, a warm protein like scrambled eggs plus meats. What a pleasant and incredible staff! Enjoyed the location close to all the shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. We upgraded to a suite for a reasonable price and it was worth it. Larger space with fridge, microwave and extra space. The location was perfect as it was about 4 blocks from downtown Banff, so out of the business but close enough that our kids found the walk perfect. The staff were exceptional, the pool was excellent, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the Chillis restaurant. Would recommend for anyone to stay.

great bed , but noisy neighbors
The beds are comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the unique hot tub experience, which seemed like a mountaintop retreat.
There were some noise issues .

The hot pool
Our room was located on the main floor, right next to the stair well. We could hear everyone that was coming and going, even at 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

Very clean and well design spacious rooms for a family of # 4 and the breakfast / Restaurant was great with good service. Good location in Banff to walk or stroll into town and the Receptionist were very helpfull and pleasant. We ended up booking for an additional night as we were very happy with the accomodation provided to us.
Very Noisy guests in the other suites, talking on the outside balcony when you have the bedroom window open.Other than not having quite neigbours we were very happy with the stay and accomodation.

The queen room was cozy and well-maintained, and the two double beds in the suite were really comfortable. The staff was super friendly and cleaned our room daily, lovely to come back to after a long day. The hot pool looked nice, and we loved that it was just a short walk to restaurants.
